Usually what we find is that the critical components are not replaced or upgraded like the flashings, vents (to remove heat), water shield and felt. Rarely do we see a complete system installed using the same manufacture’s components or upgrades/adjustments being made for maximum performance. Why buy a TV without HD capability?
